Perched among the treetops of the Yarra Valley, The View is a colour-drenched home shaped through patience, craft and collaboration. Designed and built over seven years by Ruby and Patrick Shields, the interior was layered through bespoke pieces, collected objects and works by Australian artists and makers. The result is a home that feels deeply personal, a living reflection of the people, materials and stories that inhabit it.
